NVIDIA GeForce RTX is NOT showning on encoder options

Hi! So a couple days ago I was live-streaming and all the sudden my laptop freezes and I soft reboot it and when I reboot it again and open OBS, my NVIDIA NVENC Encoder is gone and don’t know what’s wrong with it! Someone please help me!

Please post a logfile from the Help menu.

Most likely, OBS was set to run on the low-power iGPU; it must be running on the nVidia GPU to be able to use NVENC.
Here's instructions on how to select the GPU on Windows 10 in the OS (it cannot be done in the nVidia Control Panel any more!):
