nvidia encoder now showing on obs 25

Hi.
Had to reinstall my win7 system and until then I was using obs 25 with nvidia encoder but now is gone. How to get it back on the dropdown menu?
im posting my log file, thanks!

Upgrade to Windows 10. Your hardware is perfect for it. Upgrade is still free - just get the installation data directly from Microsoft: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Then you're able to upgrade to the most recent Nvidia driver for best GPU support, and you're able to upgrade to the most recent version of OBS. If you stay on Windows 7, you will waste more time with trying to fix unfixable things on that old platform than you need for doing the upgrade. It will not get better, only worse the longer you delay the upgrade.

That, and by continuing to run a system that is out of support, you're also flying a big "HACK ME!" flag. Whatever security holes people find and eventually publish, are not fixed for older systems.

understood, but I just need to know how to get back that option on my actual system. Already had it working last month. Long story, but I just cant upgrade to win10 right now.
