Apparently something went wrong somewhere but I am having a shit ton of trouble streaming with OBS. This wasmt a problem 3 weeks ago. I could easily pull a 1080p60fps stream while playing games at ultra without any (encoader overload) message popping up. Now I cant even stream 720p60fps for 1 minute without this message..its frustrating to say the least. Internet is 1gb down and 25 up. I shouldn't be having any problems. PC specs:

I7 9700k
16gb RAM
Some one please help..I've ran it as system administrator, I've turned off the windows 10 capture game play thing. The only error the log file could find was that my CPU and GPU were overloaded but theres no way...I was just streaming fine 3 weeks ago. I checked my task manager while running all programs im at 80% GPU and 40%cpu?? Help..
