NVIDIA CODEC PROBLEM

Hello! I'm using a 4070 ti super and the AV1 and HEVC codecs are not available to me in the codecs tab. I have the latest update driver, the latest version of OBS, and I ran OBS in safe mode. The result is the same. Help with this issue, I will be grateful

You can select it on the recording section.
For streaming only on Youtube you can use this encoders.
