Nvidia 451.85 | Win10 2004 Update -> Grafik glitches only in OBS (Log Included)

Hi there,

Since i updated my GPU Driver i encounter stuttering in OBS. And in HzD i get flickering as well.

Here is how it looks like:

The Black Flikering isnt appearing in Game. Also the Game runs Smooth in 60 FPS but in OBS Preview and record (and Stream)immage stuttering so hard.
There is 60.00 FPS the hole time in the cornor of OBS andGPU and CPU do not hit any bottlenek.
CPU 30% GPU 60%

Here is the log:

I have allready tried:
- Updating Windows to lastest update to Windows 10 2004
- I activated game-mode
- I activated HAGP (Hardware Accelleration GPU-Plan)
- not installed nvidia geforce experiance!

At the End of the log file you can see i changed from HzDtoi World of Warcraft and it also stuttering...
I streamed month without any Problem... seems to be a problem with latest Nvidia GPUdriver?

Edit:
Ah i forgott to say that I can use "window capture" instead of "Game Capture" and the glitchesare gone... but i have this stupid yellowborder around the game the hole time... and i hope there is a waym to getit to work in "game capture" again
