Question / Help Nvenc wont load (did before update)

So I always used Nvenc for recording but after i updated OBS (Skipped like 2 versions or so) I cant use Nvenc anymore.
It also doesnt work in OBS Classic which is strange. The Software encoding is too heavy on the cpu but my gpu always could handle recording.

I have the newest NVIDEA Drivers (388.0)

OBS-Studio logs that you showed us, can only find an outdated graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti

NVENC requires Kepler or newer, but GTX 550 is an older Fermi that does not support NVENC.

No I didnt change my Hardware. I only updated my drivers :/ But why did it work before then?
