Bug Report NVENC up to 45000kbps

Hi, I have a problem : when i stream using NVENC, my upload has no limit (i've set it to CBR 3500kbps) and can go above 40000kbps (i have 950000kbps upload speed). When I use x264 the bitrate is constant at 3500kbps. How can i get nvenc CBR to be constant ?

How the hell isn't it possible to limit the bitrate ? When i stream with my 4G the stream doesn't goes up to 15000kbps with 0 frame drops but with my gigabit fiber connection it's not the same... When i use x264 there's no problem.

Because the the Media Foundation framework that OBS Studio uses doesn't support CBR very well. Until OBS Studio has native NVENC support, there is nothing that can be done about it.
