Bug Report NVENC unusable on recordings

NVIDIA Driver is 372.70. Not looking to update driver. What OBS version do I need to downgrade to in order to use OBS or is it another problem?

Windows 10 1809 Enterprise LTSC.

This GPU has done NVENC in the past with no issues on my old Windows. So possibly driver related...

We don't support intentionally running on old Windows or old drivers, you'll have to downgrade OBS yourself until you find a working version.
