Question / Help Nvenc stuck on 3k bitrate??

Hello guys,
im streaming since two month with Nvenc on 1600x900p 60fps with an bitrate of 6k.
Since yesterday stuck my bitrate with Nvenc on 3k bitrate but when i change the encoding to x264 it run fine with 6k bitrate...

NVENC CBR doesn't seem to use the maximum bitrate when it's not needed, if there is movement on the screen the bitrate will increase.

OK f*ck before 2 weeks it work fine as well.
Is it possible to change any options for consistenc 6000 bitrate?
Its work with x264 as well
