At this point I think the primary impediment to getting it solved is your unwillingness to try what we ask. Done with the thread until you change your mind.
I've done what you asked for earlier. But telling me now to change my bitrate doesn't change a fucking thing.
I don't need to record a video or post a log file when I explained in my post before that nothing changes. The min/max bitrate is only lower.
