Question / Help NVENC questions?

I am currently attempting to use OBS with the NVENC selected. BUT, when I do so my upload is shit... I change it to x264 and the upload goes to normal... am I doing something wrong?

What do you mean by "your upload goes to shit with NVENC"?

Its weird. I use 3000Kbps and when I use x264 its normal (on the bottom right) but if I use NVENC the upload goes crazy jumping up and down and not even reaching 1500Kbps so obviously the stream stutters. Its weird.
