Hello :D. I'm on windows 10 v 1909 (latest one). I have a PC with intel core i3 and NVIDIA GeFORCE 830M. I think I can get access to NVENC with that. I suspect my CPU to work too much when I stream on OBS (because when I use a google page with YouTube music it lags much more than when CPU only works for OBS). So I would like to open a Youtube music page with the CPU and let NEVENC works for streaming...
(more informations: I have 90/20mpbs internet speed and I just want to stream with 720p 30fps a 3DS game).
So my question: why is NVENC not an option in "encoder" ? Thanks in advance!!
EDIT: my CPU works 30% to 55% in "veryfast" mode. Is it normal that it goes down and up by so much, when I have litteraly nothing opened (even discord or a google page) ?
