NVENC not showing up anymore

I used to stream on my laptop with a NVIDEA Geforce MX350 with NVENC but out of no where it disappeared, i tried everything, updating my drivers, selecting the graphic settings to high peformance. And still it doesn't work for me.

The MX350 doesn't have nvenc, so OBS doesn't offer it. If it was offered before, you were never able to use it in the first place.
