NVENC (new) unavailable on obs studio

Hi, i would like to know why i cannot use that option on the tool ? Why is it not enabled for me... it is on Streamlabs.

For a few years now the NVENC encoder lost the (new) part of the name.
Issues with other software should be asked to their support.

Does it change anything to not have it on obs studio ?
