Hey all,
This is my first time with a 2 pc set up and I am messing about with both Quicksync/Nvenc,
at the moment it looks like Nvenc is best for my setup for streaming quality, my main game is H1Z1 which is very CPU intensive, and having Quicksync set to quality preset with 25k bit rate is really not looking great on stream, definitely not 720p @2500k bitrate laanczos 30fps, Maybe you could give me tips on that?
Anyway in the meantime I switched to NVENC to test that out, My results have been much better but I have set a HUGE bitrate and not sure if it's a glitch or not.
Settings:
CBR
Bitrare 150,000
Keyframe interval = 2
Preset Blueray
Profile = Main
Level = Auto
Use two pass = checked
GPU = 0
B frames = 2
Lanczos
720p 30fps
Should I change any of these? what does the GPU setting do? Bframes? Level?
Also I have messed about with bitrate starting at 50,000 which most seem to use but didnt look great so kept putting it up, 60k, 70k, 85k, 100k and it kept improving, is 150k even realistic or is there some sort of glitch?
