NVENC lossless initialization "error" or "warning" message?

Hi folks. This is my first post and I hesitated doing it because I don't have a real problem; it's really a question that I can't find any answers to elsewhere. I am assuming "jim-nvenc" can explain this. I only make local recordings and edit them before uploading to YouTube. My system handles lossless recording just fine so I am not asking for opinions on using CQP as an alternative. I have done that and it is also acceptable, but when I use lossless, the only presets available are "Max Quality" & "Max Performance" so I select quality. However, when recording begins, a message is generated (see log file timestamp 09:44:25.858) that indicates encoder initialization failed. Yet, it appears lossless encoding DOES actually start. What I could see by trying other options (think CQP), is the preset I select should show as "mq" but the log shows preset of "hq" is used when I use lossless. I think what is happening is Nvidia's code doesn't like the "mq" preset in my particular case. Perhaps my GPU isn't up to snuff. Not a big deal. My videos are completely satisfactory to me, whichever option I choose. Sorry if this is verbose but I hope I have supplied enough info to get my curiosity satisfied. Thanks in advance for your time!
