Question / Help NVENC help on windows 8.1

How can I use the NVENC-Encoder ? On obs classic it works fine...
I installed FFMPEG, but it isn't shown as a available encoder, not even in the ffmpeg-encoders

To clarify, hardware encoding support in OBS Studio relies on Media Foundation which introduces a few quirks. NVENC is available only on Windows 10, Quick Sync is available only on HD4600-series and later IGPUs, NVENC and VCE don't have working CBR support, etc. Future updates will be adding more robust hardware encoding support.
