When using NVENC to locally record it still takes quite a toll on my CPU. I get around 10-15 less FPS in games such as BF1 or GTA. CPU usage not even being that high.
Logs here, btw Audio devices not detected because I accidently changed USB port. Also Clock speed is at 4.5ghz, however due to Base clock overclocking it says 2.2.
