After a long time i wanted to try OBS again. I only want to record and dont want to use OBS for streaming. I configured it with NVENC H.264 and its displays the error that i should update my video driver but i have everything up to date and the error still happen.

My specs:

12 GB DDR3 RAM
Intel Core I7-2600 3.40 GHz\ 3.40Ghz
GTX 960 4GB RAM
Windows 10 64 bit

This is what i tried:
Searching for the newest driver.
Uninstalled OBS and reinstalled it.
Uninstalled driver and installed ist automatically.
Unistalled driver and installed manually.
Tried out some old drivers.
Tried out older versions of OBS.
Looked if i had enough RAM. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z62LQEOXD1E)
Updated every single other driver on my PC.

Maybe you guys can help me.

@Harold If you mean that i should switch back to x264 encoder i really dont want to use it cause its a little laggy. Thats why i want to use the NVENC.

No that's not what I mean at all. You have the "Level" in your nvenc settings set to 1 which is incompatible with the rest of your settings. Change it to auto so that the level gets set to the correct level for your settings automatically.
