nvenc error: too many simultaneous sessions after updating nvidia drivers and updating new obs.

Full description of the problem after starting the stream (error in obs):
Error title: Failed to start streaming
Content: Error NVENC: Too many concurrent sessions. Try closing other recording software that may be using NVENC, such as Nvidia Shadowplay or Windows 10 Game DVR.

Before updating the drivers to OBS and NVIDIA, the processes ran flawlessly.
For clarity, I don't use other background streaming programs.
Please help.

Interestingly, I tried the x264 encoder and it works, but I am currently using the CPU for other activities and cannot afford to switch from graphics cards to CPU.
The problem is strictly with the connection of OBS and NVENC encoder after the latest update.
Help

It's a joke ?
I have two such cards ...
Maybe I should uninstall the current driver and try on the previous one?
Damn, I suspected not to update ....

It was falling back to FFMPEG, NVENC was NEVER in play.

Your options are x264 or QuickSync if your CPU has it & your mobo allows you to use it.

Your going to need a new GPU from that Support Matrix if you want to use NVENC.

Do you think I could go back to the configuration from the first logo somehow?
I am looking for a way not to throw these graphics cards into the trash ...

Buying a GPU right now is brutal, prices really suck but it can be done at a reasonable price if you try hard enough. It took me 2 months but I got a RTX-3090 for MSRP last month.

This YouTube channel is for the USA but hopefully there is something similar where you're located. I had this up constantly while I was on my GPU search & I landed my 3090 from a stock alert from it.
