NVENC Error: init_encoder: nvEncGetEncodePresetConfig failed: 15 (NV_ENC_ERR_INVALID_VERSION)

Please help!! I just installed OBS. Every time I click start recording, this error message appears "NVENC Error: init_encoder: nvEncGetEncodePresetConfig failed: 15 (NV_ENC_ERR_INVALID_VERSION)". All of my drivers are updated on my windows x64 computer. Below is my log.

Actually I'm having exactly the same problem. This looks like great software but is unusable unless this can be fixed. All drivers are as up to date as far as can be determined, and certainly devices are functional. A little more information on the cause and solution would be helpful.
Machine specs appear similar: Win10 (latest update), 64-bit, default settings from Auto-Configuration wizard.
