NVENC Error: Failed 20 (Please help)

I am getting a pop up every time I try to start to record, I already updated my drivers with the newest updates but I am unsure how to fix it.

The Pop up Reads -

NVENC Error: init_session: nv.nvEncOpenEncodeSessionEx(&params,&enc-> session failed: 20 (NV_ENC_ERR_GENERIC)

I had the same issue as you after installing and updating the Geforce Drivers in Geforce Experience, I had to change the codification to QSV too:

After that and set in Windows security this app as truted, I could record correctly. I hope this fix your problem too, good luck!
