NVENC Error during stream

While I was streaming yesterday my stream suddenly ended (00:27:00 timestamp on the log) and I got a message from OBS saying there was a NVENC encoding error. The OBS stream preview became scaled very strangely, and soon my monitors began to flicker, where the image stopped displaying and came back after a few seconds repeatedly. I couldn't reach task manager to close OBS or check the performance while this was happening so I opted to just reboot the PC. It updated for a bit then rebooted and everything seemed normal, but I'm still not sure what caused it based on the logs.

For context, I just installed a new GPU (ASUS 4070 Super Dual EVO OC). I haven't had any prior issues and was able to stream twice before for 6 hours while playing more 3D intensive games (Valorant/ Fallout vs Ace Attorney yesterday) with no major problems. On the OBS side of things, my stream settings weren't touched. I checked Event Viewer for some kind of clue relating to a possible GPU crash but was unable to find anything, unless I wasn't looking in the right place. Any ideas as to what the issue is based on the logs and what happened? The only specific change I've made as of now was disabling HAGS as I read it could cause issues, but I'm not entirely sure if it being enabled was the cause.

Below are my current streaming settings, Rescale output was previously set to Bilinear before I also changed it.

This indicates your GPU crashed, either from drivers or overclocking / faulty hardware.

I keep my drivers up to date and installed the correct drivers when I first put the card in, but recently did another uninstall and clean reinstall just in case. I also don't do any overclocking, leaving just hardware if the issue persists? I only ever encounter this crash when streaming, never while just playing games.

Unfortunate update, the issue is still persisting. I sent my GPU back for repairs on account of faulty hardware, and they ended up giving me a completely new one. I start streaming again, and just like that, the same issue. I'm not sure what else it could be or what to troubleshoot. Attached is the most recent log file with the error occurring at the 22:43:38.937 timestamp.
