I've already followed the steps listed here, so please don't ask me to do them again.

I have been using OBS Studio for over a year. I have not changed any of my hardware at all and once I set up my settings, they have remain unchanged for a year.

My internet connect is decent and I run it completely wired.. I don't trust anything wireless when streaming is needed.

It's not perfect, but there it is

Here is the LOG.

This was AFTER OBS had "disconnected", and refused to send out again back to Twitch before I had to close the whole thing down.

Here is what I have done in my attempt to troubleshoot:

* Reinstall up-to-date nVidia Drivers
* Did a clean install of drivers
* Did an install without deleting settings/scenes
* Did a clean install WITHOUT BACKUP of personal preferences of settings/scenes
* Removed nVidia Experience (as I know some people have had this issue)
* Checked recent Windows Updates to see if anything was causing a conflict with OBS
* Lowered bitrate
* Change Twitch Servers
* Cannot stream to YT
* Firewall is ALL good
* All Wired router settings and firmware is all up to date
* For kicks I even got out my old router and it does the same thing with that

Again, I can GET it to work, but sometimes like I said it will either give me this error message about NVENC encoders or when I can get it to stream, it will seem to constantly disconnect from Twitch infrequently or give me lots of dropped frames.

Now, someone might come along and give me a solution, that'd be great... but I have another question in this log.

All of my logs keep telling me that I am missing .DLL files... is that something that I should be concerned about and if not, will they still be able to improve the quality of my stream's performance? Also, nine memory leaks? That's kinda scary.

Anyways, hopefully someone nice can help me.

Thank you
