Nvenc Av1 not showing up as a streaming encoder in Linux, but does in Windows

If I select custom in the service selector, all streaming encoders available to the device should show up, however Nvenc av1 doesn't. All I see are "AOM AV1" and "SVT-AV1" as av1 options.
Nvenc x.264 and HEVC show up

Nvenc av1 shows up as a recording encoder and I can record in av1.

This is a problem I'm only having with Linux. On Windows the Nvenc av1 encoder shows up as a streaming encoder as expected.

GPU is RTX 4060 and OBS version is 30.1.2

This appears to be happening across the board since 30.1 came out. I wasn't thinking about it, and I just did the update to 30.1.2 - or whatever is current - and NVENC AV1 was gone. I had forgotten about this issue, and so I reinstalled 30.0.2 and NVENC AV1 is working fine. Not exclusively a Linux issue. It's been months since 30.1 came out and the problem is stills there. People have tested every single beta version along the way, and nothing changes.

Go back to here and it should be fine: https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/releases/tag/30.0.2
