Question / Help NVEC try out, pls help.

Hello everybody, im starting to stream on twicht, and that is why i need a little help, my pc specs are, mother gigabyte G1 990FX-Gaming, pro AMD FX 8370, 16gb ram, SSD for SO and HDD for storage, well then there its the interesting i got double graph cards bot from asus one GTX 1050 for gaming, and one GTX 770 OC II and i wanted to use this card specific to encoding, im using win 10, my upload net are 5mbs and my download 50mbs, im using 3500 bit rates to stream to 720p60fps, but i triyed almost all combinations and my stream seems like its cutting down every 10 secs, and after 10 min of streaming i got almost 1 min of delay on the stream.

Also i tried configure x264, and also triyed to use my GTX 1050 for encoding (switching my cable to my monitor and changing GPU 1 to GPU 0, because GPU 1 its my 770 and GPU 0 its my 1050).

I am thinking to swicht to win 7, but i wanted to heard recomendations first.

What can i do? please nice users give me a little help.

i try that before, but games like PUBG use almost all gpu thats why im using double graph card one only for encoding and the other for a game, its like i was using a console to play and pc to streaming

Yep my 1050 its on the slo1 pcie 1 and my 770 on the pcie 2, on obs gpu 0 refers to my gpu on slot 1 and gpu 1 refers to gpu on slot 2, im using gpu 1 on obs to use my 770 for encoding, im using task managger of windows to check out the usage and when im streaming and only when i start to stream my 770 start to get used.

Actually, after few ours of read documents, do tests and more, im streming at a nice quality lol, trine, and others games but, when i try to stream PUBG the streams looks horrible.
