Question / Help NVEC Problem

When i switch to Advanced Mode, the only encoder option i see for recording is x264
This really screwed up my recording quality and it makes the video lag. Is there a fix for this or am i forever screwed.
I used to have the option for NVEC but after i changed it once it never was there.
My GPU is a GTX 1650
Any help is very appreciated!

Include a log file if you have a problem: here's how

To upload a log file, go to the Help menu -> Log Files -> Upload current/last log file. The current log file is for the currently active running session. The last log file is for the last time you ran the program. We recommend always including it just in case.
