Quadro P5000, NVEC broken, doesn't come up as an option at all.

Is it too much to ask for posting a whole sentence with real information and maybe a log file of the OBS startup?
Does NVENC show up on older OBS Studio versions in your system?
If not, maybe the problem the driver that is only reporting as a basic render driver to OBS:
"Loading up D3D11 on adapter Microsoft Basic Render Driver (0)"

Actually, +1 here to FeelsDarkMan. I downloaded 23.0.1 and there IS NVEC on my Quadro P5000, but 23.0.2 does NOT show it in the list!
