New to OBS.
As I'm setting all my stuff up in scenes and such, my CPU usage goes up from .5% to 4.5% or so and in doing so, drops the FPS from 30 down to an average of 16 or so, with it changing every second. I have an external video camera connected to OBS and would like a constant output of 30 FPS to avoid choppy, laggy final products. Any suggestions?
Running 2016, 15-inch MacBook Pro with a 2.7 GHZ Intel Core i7.

Graphics: Radeon Pro 455 2048 MB. Intel HD Graphics 530 1536 MB
