Notify user when recording and hard drive is full?

I was recording a playthrough, but didn't have enough free space on my hard drive and the video didn't get saved properly. I suggest that OBS notify the user when this happens so people don't get that issue as often.

(Sorry if this is in the wrong category. I wasn't exactly sure where to put it.)

Don't save directly to mp4, that way you won't waste the entire recording session.

What should I do instead, then?

Save to FLV or MKV and if your editing software doesn't support them, remux after recording.

Still think the feature mentioned above would be useful if it could be implemented.
