Question / Help noticed that..

so i been testing some stuff out in a game that i play (H1Z1) when I dont stream my bullet registry is amazing but for some reason when i start streaming my bullets dont seem to register... any advice??

Use OBS 64 bits

Downscale in Video settings.
Output settings: leave rescaling unchecked. Yet rescaled by video settings.

im sorry but im a total noob when it comes to this. how do i use OBS 64bits and what not
