Noticeable echo/reverb on desktop audio

Hey, I've been having this issue for quite a while and have no idea what's going on or if I'm missing something extremely obvious. For a long time, when I record or stream, my desktop audio has this slight echo or reverb that's noticeable. I've muted my mic to check whether it's my mic's echo and it isn't, I've changed the desktop audio output device and monitoring device to different things and I've heard no difference, I feel like I'm out of options or again just missing something really obvious. Any help would be much appreciated.

For some clarity, my mic is Analogue 1/2 as it's connected through a mixer, my headphones are Realtek HD Audio as they're plugged into my PC, and PHL24E1N3300 is the speaker from my second monitor, I've set it there only because I've heard that you shouldn't have your audio output and monitoring device be the same but again I've heard barely any change.
