Question / Help Nothing happens when pressing 'test follow alert'. (Twitch Alerts)

Hi! I'm using OBS Studio, 64 bit version. I have new computer, i bought it about 4-5 days ago. When I paste link from twitch alerts to "Browser Source", and click "test follow alert" on twitch alert page, nothing happens. On my old computer all have worked. I'm doing all perfect, click "test follow alert", and just nothing happens. I don't know why. But, there are two things. First, donation goals works, others not. Second, when i click "launch" on twitch alerts, and click "test follow alert", then alert work on this green page. Please help me, i'm frustrated. I've written to Twitch Alert support, and they say:

"Please try this. Go to properties for your OBS studio and add --disable-gpu to the end of the target field."

But it doesn't work.

I've tried 32 bit version, and it doesn't work too. I've tried NightDev alerts, but they don't work too. I've tried normal OBS and older versions, but they don't work too. I've TRIED EVERYTHING.

Please, help me.

What should I do?

I have kaspersky internet security.

But i had the same antivirus on the old PC. But... now i've got windows 10, in old pc i had 7.
 
Please, help me, i don't know what to do. I'm trying for 4-5 days, and nothing. I don't know, help me...
 
Uninstall Kaspersky and test. If it works, you'll know that their software is causing the problem.
 
Yeah, sorry. Having Internet troubles (that seem to be about 90% gone now).

Kaspersky is sometimes worse then Norton.

Glad it's working.
