Since i installed the creators update, my FPS drop down to 40, even if the stream is not running. Just when i open OBS, my game is lagging and its unplayable for me. I tried the workaround but i still have the issues.

My system: GTX 1080, i7 6700k @ 4,6 Ghz. It was all working fine before the update.

Reinstall GPU driver and dx9, but nothing =(

i just downloaded the last update..... now it says "Starting the output failed. Please check the log for details.
Note: if you are using the NVENC or AMD encoders, make sure your video drivers are all up to date."

I have checked twice all my drivers are all up to date. if I change the stream settings to simple it works. I had the encoder 264. Please help if you can. Thanks

According to the log, your GPU driver is from October of 2016, and probably version 16.x.x.

You need to update your GPU drivers. Try manually downloading the latest from AMD's website.
