With the old version of OBS it worked fine. OBS 24.0.6 (linux)

in GitHub they say that this is not a bug, but in previous versions it had no problems

The github comments are correct. It is a problem with your install or the package it was installed from. It does not seem a bug in obs itself (obs does not maintain these). You should take this to opensuse support.
