Question / Help Not sure what changed, alot of dropped frames from lag/stalls

I just started using NDI the other day and it's been working very well. Last night on the other hand was bad, the stream was laggy and jumping around horrible. I have a i7-4790k and 32gb of ram on my streaming pc, what could be the issue?
