Question / Help Not Sure My System Can Stream - Anyway To Check Myself?

I have been trying to stream now for a few weeks - I'm having issues as the only way I'm reliably able to check my Stream is via telling my friends to check it for me; and they seem to think that it's laggy and stuttering, I'm also trying to record using OBS Studio and so far again, the recordings have been the issue, not the playback and the game goes from 90 FPS down to 30 FPS in many situations (WoW and Overwatch) - However on my machine it is smooth on both OBS Studio and on the game itself. Is there anything I can do or is my machine not able to cut it?
(I am trying to stream both WoW (World Of Warcraft) and Overwatch).

Here are my PCs specs:

- RAM: 16GB RAM (2x8GB Sticks) (I honestly cannot remember the brand off the top of my head :/)
- CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570K CPU@3.40Ghz
- GPU: ASUS Geforce GTX 1070 STRIX OC 8GB GDDR5
- Motherboard: Asus X99 DELUXE USB 3.1
- SSD: Samsung SSD 840 Series (256GB)
- HDD: Seagate 3TB 3.5" 7200RPM 64MB Cache SATA3
- Monitors: Acer 27" 2560x1440 (B276HUL)
Hanns.G 19.5" 1440x900 (HW191D)
- Keyboard: Corsair Gaming RGB K95 Cherry Red Switches
- Mouse: Some random Logitech mouse :P
- Headset: Logitech G930s

I probably included some information not needed - But ANY help at this stage is useful :) Trying to stream at 60FPS with a resolution downscale of 2 (2560x1440 -> 1080x720). If you need any more information on my system, feel free to ask :)

Thanks,
Samuel.

Hi! Please post a log file. A log from a recording/streaming session would be more insightful here as it would show us information on encoding and streaming issues. It would also tell us some of the system specs you provided above.

Look, you need to upload Last Log File exactly after you restarted Studio (stream, stop streaming, close Studio, open Studio, upload last log).
You posted log from other session (no streaming in it). You can navigate manually to logs folder and by date choose that one where you was online, attach this log to the forum message (upload a file).
