Question / Help Not stopping recording

I'm having this problem and it is getting on my nerves as I spend hours on recording and then not getting anything out of it.
Down below are my latest logs.

Don't save as MP4. MP4 is lost if there's any problem with the recording.

save as flv or mkv and then convert to mp4.
