Question / Help [NOT Solved] Webcam is blurry everytime I move, how can I fix this? I tried everything.

Hello everyone.
I'm running out of ideas here. I have read lots of posts about this problem: people suggest to switch USB port from 3.0 to 2.0; to downscale the webcam to 720p; to make better lights on my face in order to improve the exposure. Nothing helps, nothing happens. I stream Pubg and I can't make the stream smooth and clean. The game is pretty decent (not very good, just decent), but the webcam is messy and blurry everytime I move. When the game is not running the image is just perfect: since the game is opened, it starts to be blurry; when I'm in game it's just impossible to watch my face.

My specs: i7 7700K overclocked to 4.4ghz, MSI Gtx 1070, 16gb ram 2.400 mhz. My webcam is Logitech c920 (very common to streaming). I've tried every CPU preset (from Medium/Fast 720p to Veryfast 1080p/900p), every resolution (1080, 900, 720), every bitrate (from 3.5k to 6k, my upload is around 10); switched from Cpu to Gpu codec (both 1080 and 720 with High Quality). Nothing works, the stream is never "clean". I can't make a second pc to stream for sure: i was wondering about getting a Z370 Mb and i7 8700K, but at this point I'm not even sure this will help. Do you guys have any suggests here? I'm lost.

I guess this is a screenshot from your stream on the page right? Not straight from OBS? On what bitrate are you streaming?

Teah, that's from my stream page. My bitrate is now at 6000.
Now im trying with CPU codoce, Medium preset (the only one who looks pretty good, webcam too), 30 FPS instead of 60. It's nice enough, but I still have some lagghy during big fights. And ofc it's a 30 fps streaming...
So I don't know, is my CPU so bad at streaming? Should I get the 8700K? It sounds weired tho, 6700K should be strong enough to make it work at 30 fps...

I only see pixelation, due to the content and settings.
Try 720p 30fps and 6000kbit/s. Should look less pixelated.

Yes, I made this conf and it works, but why? Is my pc good enough to stream Pubg at 60 fps? :/ It sounds very weird, my 6700K should handle a 720p 60 fps...

Has nothing to do with power, just with the way encoding works.
PUBG eats a lot of bitrate. Higher resolution = more bitrate needed, higher framerate = higher bitrate needed.

As far as I know, they lifted that limit, but yeah, 6k is not enough for 1080p 60fps in PUBG without a lot of blur/pixelation.
