Not shutting down correctly

Hi All,
Please help, every time I launch it tells me OBS did not close correctly and I can not figure out why. it gives me the option to run in safe or normal mode. I run in normal mode and all is well but this cycle continues. I notice no issues with using OBS only that it gives me this message each time I launch.

If you consistently see the safe mode option, it might be worth running OBS in safe mode once and checking if disabling certain plugins or settings helps.
