Question / Help Not showing all of output! Please Help!!

I'm using OBS to record Minecraft for my Youtube channel. However it is very laggy... I asked my friend who has OBS as well to help me resolve the problem. Her videos have no lag in them so that's why I asked her. On skype we shared screens and I noticed that her output had more things in it than mine does. Ours were both in advanced and we both have Windows 10. I can't change the settings I need now to make my game not laggy. What do I do?

Use the auto configuration wizard in the tools menu instead of assuming that you need to change anything to match someone else's computer.
