Question / Help (Not Responding) Error for OBS Studio During Stream

Log File Attached.

Description of Issue: While streaming, the video for viewers began buffering frequently, additionally, on my end I began dropping frames rapidly and unintentionally running at half of my set bandwidth.

I checked a little bit on OBS MP and, unfortunatly, there's no way to change that for streaming right now....but that's a detail ! ^^'
I read your logfile a little more &...why choose "slow" as x264 preset ? it's far too slow for streaming ! Switch it on "veryfast" or "faster" & tell me if that improved ! ;)

What do you mean too slow for streaming? I know for 100% fact that I have more than enough CPU to run the slow preset. I have a i7 5960X Processor with 32GB of RAM, I only utilize 10-15% CPU when streaming with that preset, could it still be the problem?

Can't see any issues in your log tbh. This doesn't have to be an issue on your end. Did you try a different server yet?
By the way consider seting your profile from main to high as high is considered the standard for hd streams.
