Question / Help Not Recording

I've had this problem for a couple of months now, I first downloaded OBS in January this year and it was practically my best friend. It was easy to use and worked brilliantly, but ever since about three months ago, the screen is blank and it doesn't pick up my games at all. I'm finally on my year-end break and have a chance to dedicate my time to starting a gaming YouTube channel which is something that I've been wanting to do for a year or so and my parents are now also supportive of it, so getting OBS to work means a lot to me, for a lot of personal reasons. Currently, I've tried to capture the games using 'Specific Window" and then the window name of the game. And also to possibly note, I have the newest update installed.

Please can somebody help me?

Tried removing all the game capture sources from your scene collection then only adding ONE of them back?
