Question / Help Not Recording Video nor Desktop Audio, Records Mic

I've tried following tutorials and tracking down similar forum posts, but nothing they suggest seems to help me much. I'm running Win10 x64 with an NVidia GeForce GTX 670. Essentially, no matter what type of capture I have, OBS fails to have any video capture as well as failing to record any other audio but my mic.

I've tried Game Capture in both fullscreen and windowed mode, Window Capture, and Display Capture and all have failed. Any ideas?

Go to Settings>Advanced and set Color Format to NV12.

Destroy scene, create new one. When you add new display capture and selecting proper display device from the drop down list - do you see your desktop at preview window?
