Question / Help Not recording proberly

So I'm trying to record Roblox videos but they all come out really choppy (Laggy) even though in game they are not when I record Minecraft this doesn't happen please help

@Harold I cant use FLV format is mp4 ok or will that make the problem with recording ROBLOX stay?

Wrong.
File - Remux recordings.

There are precisely ZERO situations where you should be saving directly to mp4.
