Not recording pop-ups

Hi - hoping someone can help me please. I have just downloaded this software which so far looks great as I run a local camera club and during this covid period I am wanting to create videos showing how to use Photoshop. I know how to show the screen / record but when you open up another "action box" within the scene, whilst the new "pop up " box shows on my actual desktop it doesnt show on the "recording" screen.
HOw do i sort this please I have attached 2 x images to show what i mean - the open box shows on my desktop but not in software

Log file?
Probably select only main window (Window Capture), change to 'Display Capture'.
