Not recording full HD while full HD options are checked, can anybody help me with this, i tried everything nothing works, i need a crystal clear recording but its still kinda blurry.

HD refers to resolution, not quality (those are 2 different things). Make sure your Output Resolution is set to 1920x1080 for Full HD.

I have it but its still not full HD when i play back my test videos, also i tried switching playback programs, i used standard windows 10 player and vlc but it seems no use.

Make sure Rescale Output is not checked on the Recording tab (or Streaming tab if using stream encoder) in Output.
When you play back the video in VLC what it the reported resolution? Tools --> Codec Information --> Video resolution:

Also, post a logfile from a live recording session at least 30 seconds in length. It will include your settings, so we can see if there's anything problematic going on (like 240fps recording).

I checked the log myself and it do say something about 240/1 fps, but i have 60 FPS setting on?
