Not receiving audio issue

Hey guys, and excuse me if this had been answered previously, but how can I make the audio to pass through to my streaming PC from the gaming one? I have an HDMI cable connected from that gaming PC to a video capture device, and a USB cable from that device to the streaming PC, and then the video is effectively there, but with any sound.

What have you set as the audio output options on gaming PC? are you outputting audio over the USB or HDMI (you could do either, depending, and I'd be inclined (non gamer) to use HDMI route)
