I cannot get OBS to record (or even idle) at 60fps despite having a somewhat beefy computer. It just bounces around 45-58fps with 2% CPU and 9% GPU usage. I've tried changing encoder settings, setting the process priority to high, deleting sources from my scenes, and nothing is working. Everything was working just fine at 60fps until a couple of weeks ago then POOF! I'm using a Win 11 Acer laptop with an i7-12700H and a RTX 3060 and 16GB RAM, so it should really not have any issues encoding 60fps at 1080p. Even with my capture cards unplugged, I am unable to reach 60fps. Any help would be appreciated.

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...
OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
