Question / Help Not re-downloading

I wanted to switch how I opened my videos then I uninstalled my OBS I tried to install it back but then after It says Must close application Game.exe and I don't know how to close it.

GameBar.exe is Microsoft's Game Bar application. You can disable Game Mode and Game Bar in the Windows 10 Settings app. You can also try rebooting your PC and then immediately trying to install OBS so that Game Bar doesn't get a chance to hook into whatever it's hooking into.
